Yes, you read that right. On February 25th, Eric, Paige, and I will be moving our life down to Dallas, Texas. Eric's last day of work here in Baltimore is on Friday, February 21st, and he will start his new job at WHR in uptown Dallas on Monday, March 3rd, continuing in his line of healthcare & science tech architecture. We will be living in an apartment in Addison/North Dallas while we begin our search for the perfect house!
It is going to be absolutely heartbreaking to leave our life here in Baltimore, to leave Beth's family, and all of our very good friends. It will be so sad, but so good as well. This is the best decision for our family. We cannot keep Paige in this dangerous city, in our one bedroom apartment (one little baby takes up A LOT of room!), with a horrible parking situation, crime, and rats. We can't afford to buy a house anywhere else around Maryland. We won't be alone down there either! We will be close to Eric's family and many college friends who are awaiting our long expected arrival...
As with many life decisions, this one is extremely bittersweet. We appreciate everyone's support. We are either excited to see you, or will miss you terribly. But, with the internet, and Southwest miles, we will be back to Maryland often, as Beth's family will always live here. (Can you tell we're trying to make ourselves feel better too?!) We could not even try to recall all of our adventures and good times together here in Baltimore, but we do look forward to our next step as a family. Wow...

As tough as it is for you guys to leave your family and friends in Maryland I know this will be a wonderful adventure for your sweet family! Congrats to Eric on his new job! We hope to see you guys one of these days!

We are sooooo excited you are coming back to Texas and all the family and friends here. Greg & Melissa and Stacy & David will be excited to have another cousin to enjoy family times with and watch grow. Eric, Greg thinks being a girl-daddy is the best. Thats maybe the best news I have read all day! So awesome. I know it will be hard, but just think of all the love you are going to get when you arrive. We are about 20minutes from Addison so we need to have a BETH hug for Becca very soon! Really, I am just giddy.
