We made it safely to Texas! The apartment is nice. The area is wonderful. Paige is doing great. The restaurants abound. Eric starts work on Monday, March 3rd, and all is well so far! Thank you all for your well-wishes and welcomes!
However, we do NOT have the internet, cable, or our landline telephone... The horrible cable company was at our apartment yesterday, but needs a supervisor to come out, which won't happen until March 18th... It's ridiculous. The service is absurd.
Our internet access will be very limited, which is very difficult as we just left everything and everyone we have known for the past 3-7 years! At least we have each other...
If you have our cell phone numbers... call us!

Congrats on your new home and getting settled! Bummer about the utility companies taking so long to get you service! That happened to us when we moved! It stinks! Hang in there! See if they can give you a credit for their lack of service!
