On our way down to Corpus Christi for Easter, Paige and Beth, stopped in Valley Mills to visit Aunt Beth & Uncle Jay. While we were there, we went to a 1,000 acre Ranch owned by some of Beth's friends. Paige got to meet & touch horses for the first time! Beth (Eric's Sister) and I (Eric's Wife) had a Horse Therapy class together at Texas Tech -- it was a "deja vu" moment!
Uncle Jay grew up in a small town called Cuero, Texas. We had the pleasure of stopping by his parents' house and land on our way down to Corpus! Paige & Aunt Beth walked around WITH all of the cows while Jay & his Sister took me on a ride on the Tractor! It was a first for both Paige AND myself!!! :)
