It's a...

...HEALTHY BABY!

We had our monthly OB appointment today, which included our comprehensive Sonogram. We were hoping to find out the gender of our Baby today, but the little thing had its ankles crossed! Either it's stubborn like its Mother or shy like its Father. No complaints though. The baby is healthy and all is well. With all of the news we could have gotten, and with all of the people out there who are wanting to have babies, this is truly all that matters. The due date is still July 24th!

Since the Baby's ankles were crossed, the Sonographer couldn't see the second foot, so we have another Sonogram scheduled for Thursday, March 1st. Keep your fingers (not your ankles!) crossed that we'll have news for you!

The most fun part of this past week has been that I have started feeling the baby move. It just feels like something touching me from the inside. What a fun step in the pregnancy this has been! Now, Eric is excited to be able to feel it too. :) I also have a lot of back pain, and sharp pains in my tailbone that go down my right leg... The Doctor suggested I stretch more often...

We attached the pictures that we have, but they didn't scan very well. We have some lighter ones, but not in the upload-able format... Let me know if you want to see those too!

We'll keep ya'll posted and will hopefully write again next week. Thank you for caring and going through this with us!

18 weeks & 3 days old!
It's hard to see him or her in there... but they got a good shot of the spine!
